Vikki has over 20 years experience in the field of human resources having worked in executive search and outplacement. Prior to this, Vikki worked in and managed both corporate and government libraries. Vikki continues to work with people in a variety of roles and from a range of business and industries.

For more than 15 years, Vikki has been facilitating workshops for jobseekers on tools and techniques for using research for job search, sharing her knowledge and experience as a librarian. She assists senior executives to uncover information that will give them a competitive edge in the business marketplace. Her particular passion is helping people make the most of LinkedIn, devising strategies that meet their individual and corporate needs as determined by their purpose and goals.
