Victoria is a human resources professional with 13 years’ experience in the field. She has a particular expertise in career planning, performance, learning and development, facilitation, and coaching. After working for companies including Caltex, Swiss Re and Myer, Victoria moved to the NGO sector running programs to support disadvantaged women return to the workforce.
