Sharon is an organisational psychologist with deep experience in executive assessment, coaching and talent and leadership development. She built her experience in consulting at a global leadership strategy consultancy, following earlier years in a boutique assessment practice.

Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of leaders, organisations and sectors, which has enabled an appreciation of how to optimise career development and impact across different contexts, locally and globally.
