Biography

Sharon has always been drawn to helping people develop and grow. She spent the first 25 years of her corporate career in training and development and human resource management roles. Her HR leadership roles have spanned diverse industry sectors – professional services (top tier law firms), insurance, banking and financial services. She has provided extensive coaching support to executives and senior leaders on a diverse range of people, performance, learning and career development matters – best described as all things ‘soft skills’.

Sharon has a successful track record as a people leader, developing and leading high performing teams. Her passion for people development and her belief in the difference effective leadership makes to organisational culture, employee engagement and performance, led her into her current work as an executive/leadership coach and facilitator.

Over the last decade, Sharon has supported hundreds of individuals, at all levels within organisations, to successfully navigate important career and life transitions, examining the changes they wish to make as they shape their future path and supporting them as they step into new leadership roles. She is particularly passionate about helping people get into the driver’s seat of their careers, examining the shifts needed in their thinking and mindset, and building the skills and habits that enable them to thrive.
