Biography

Scott has had over 35 years’ experience working for large corporates, small to medium size enterprises both public and private, consulting, and professional services firms and start-ups.
In addition to his experience as a CEO, Scott’s expertise is in all aspects of human resources, including development, talent management, change management, outplacement, and coaching. He has worked in matrix managed structures both globally and regionally and individual direct line roles.

Scott’s philosophy is simple – actively listen, learn, then understand, engage and challenge where needed to achieve agreed outcomes. He blends his technical training and considerable experience to shine the light on the individual in a way that is wholistic and enlightening. The focus is to get the individual to understand themselves, their motivations, their strengths, dealing with change, confronting the uncomfortable and difficult.
