Scott has had over 35 years’ experience working for large corporates, small to medium size enterprises both public and private, consulting, and professional services firms and start-ups.
In addition to his experience as a CEO, Scott’s expertise is in all aspects of human resources, including development, talent management, change management, outplacement, and coaching. He has worked in matrix managed structures both globally and regionally and individual direct line roles.
