Rodney has delivered a wide range of projects and transformational programs spanning telecommunications, banking, contact centre design, personalised marketing and customer experience, in Australia and across The Philippines and India.

Rodney has been coaching in both formal and informal roles for 20+ years, including designing much of Telstra’s coaching strategy, training and tools, and personally coaching many leaders and coaches.

In his coaching, Rodney works to build solid, genuine relationships that foster trust. He combines insightful questions with creative thinking to help his clients find practical and pragmatic next steps.
