Bec is an accomplished leader with a rewarding 17-year career, including over a decade of experience leading national teams. She has successfully overseen teams of over 200 multi-disciplinary experts in production-critical departments within the media industry. Renowned for developing high-performing leaders and driving strategic initiatives, Bec is highly respected for her unwavering commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Bec’s extensive experience in leading individuals and teams through organizational transformations, combined with her deep understanding of large and complex organisations, has positioned her as a key driver of success in dynamic environments. Leading in deadline-driven, customer-focused settings has further solidified her commitment to recognising and developing talent, fostering the growth of autonomous, highly skilled professionals.

In 2021, Bec felt a strong desire to reconnect with hands-on creative work and began making ceramics. Since then, she has balanced her creative pursuits with her ongoing role as an advisor, drawing on her leadership and operations expertise.

By building relationships with fellow artists, she recognised an opportunity to foster a supportive community for local makers and artists in South East Queensland. This vision led her to become a Founding Partner of the Slowly Made Locals artist collective.
