She has extensive experience in human resource management, having advised, coached and mentored leadership teams and boards in HR strategy across a range of specialised professions and industries.

Drawing on over 20 years’ experience, her expertise includes career development and transition consultancy, executive recruitment and coaching, workforce planning, resourcing and organisation development. Rae has held senior HR leadership roles at Crown Casino, Nine Network Melbourne, Tennis Australia and Melbourne Stadiums Limited.

Her solid corporate experience is underpinned by years of experience as a Board of Governance member within the mental health and sporting sectors. Rae’s philosophy is simple and based on building trusted relationships, respect of others’ capabilities and opinions, courageous discussions and decision-making.
