Mithran is a management consultant (25+ years), with corporate leadership experience at Telstra and at the large consulting firms including EY, Korn Ferry and Partners in Performance.
He has co-founded 4 consulting practices including building EY’s consulting practice in Australia.
A chartered accountant and Board member (NED) since 2004, Mithran has had a polymathic career, serving as an expert across many industries and many functions, and working with C-suite and Boards at large, listed companies, and across government.

Mithran has over 20 years of coaching experience. Initially, this was with sub-ordinates (direct and non-direct reports) for general development, career progression, strategic thinking and performance
improvement.
Subsequently, he began coaching leaders and their teams through transformations, and to lift capability and evolve behaviours to operate at a high performance.
Since 2021, Mithran has expanded his experience to include onboarding, career transition, other aspects of capability development and team culture.
