Biography

Martin spent over 3 decades in leadership roles within recruitment and coaching sector in Europe and across Asia Pacific. He currently focuses on executive and career coaching across the region in addition to a number of Non-Executive Director (NED) positions within recruitment and HR consulting on both Australia and Asia.

He is MBA qualified and in recent years has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Coaching Experience
Martin honed his skills with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a worldwide accrediting and credentialing body for both training programs and coaches, and has since focused on executive leadership and career coaching throughout the Asia Pacific region.

He has worked mid-senior level professionals particularly in Australia, Asia and Middle East, and has now settled back into Sydney. Martin has been working with the Directioneering Group since 2020.
