Mark is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years experience in leading and managing professional services consultancies. He has successfully managed some of Western Australia’s largest Career Transition and Outplacement programs, but also assisted in key and sensitive one-off’ transitions for private and publicly listed organisations that included Wesfarmers, Rio Tinto, Woodside Energy, Fortescue Metals Group, CBH Group, Chevron Australia, and Curtin University. Mark also has a strong background in supporting leaders to manage and skill themselves in leading and managing the transition of others.

Essential to this is a refined knowledge of strategy planning and implementation for senior people to achieve their transition.
