Biography

Louise graduated with an Economics Degree with Honours, and commenced in HR with BHP.

She has worked with a number of Australia’s premier companies and is skilled across all aspects of Human Resource Management. Mentoring and coaching people to succeed has been a constant theme in Louise’s life, having held Human Resources and other Business Leadership roles.

Louise has worked with a range of organisations in the transport, health, education, not for profit and corporate sectors. She is a Company Director and works closely with Boards, coaching for success.

Coaching Experience
A generalist coach with particular experience across all levels from C Suite down. A particular passion for working with younger people, “blue collar” employees and also trained to work with Neurodiverse participants.

Throughout her career Louise has successfully led significant change within major organisations and has a track record of developing people and teams to achieve their real potential.

Louise is an experienced coach, with the ability to understand and manage both the long term and the short term perspective for those she works with.
