Biography

Lana is an HR professional, executive and board director with cross-industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. Drawing on more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, and on boards and committees, Lana supports individuals to understand the experiences they bring with them, allowing opportunity to explore what to take forward either into something new or a new expression of the individual’s potential. She attributes her career to the power of relationship building and is committed to being of service, so individuals can transform.

Coaching Expertise
As a career and executive coach, Lana works with both individuals and teams. She has delivered coaching programs to cohorts of individuals for both leadership and career transition. After navigating the loss of her father, she is also passionate about supporting the caregiving journey and experience for others juggling their corporate careers and life.
