Kim is a senior human resources professional with over 25 years’ experience in a broad range of HR and operational management roles. Over the course of her career, she has managed organisational and people development processes for companies including Coles Myer, VECCI and Ansett Australia. Kim has specific expertise in organisational development, talent and succession management, career coaching, transition and change, and employee relations.

Kim also has significant operational management experience, and as a result, brings a pragmatic business perspective to her work. Specifically, she has developed and implemented organisational effectiveness processes including learning and development frameworks and employee engagement strategy, managed workforce restructures and work practice change and designed succession and talent management methodologies for leadership groups.
