Biography

Kate has worked in HR and Learning & Development all her career. Her business experience and passion for service commenced in her first managerial roles in retail and hospitality. She has worked across Europe and Asia giving her a broad understanding of culture and complex work environments.

In addition to Coaching, Kate also gains great satisfaction teaching in Higher Education parting knowledge to students from all walks of life. A natural curiosity resulted in further education in Career Development and more recently positive psychology and wellbeing.

Coaching Expertise
Kate has been working as a career practitioner for the last 10 years assisting others navigate their personal career journey. Daily she hears “I wish I had known about this (service) earlier” and “I didn’t know this support existed” and/or “I really needed to talk to someone about this and now I feel so much better”.

She assists clients to proactively manage their career which is not just about working on finding employment; it’s about learning to engage in life, learning and work in a way that supports wellbeing.
