Karen’s career spans over two decades in senior leadership roles across strategy, operations, and transformation.

Karen brings extensive coaching and mentoring experience from her background as a senior leader in corporate IT.

As a General Manager, she led and supported teams of over 120 people and established successful mentoring programs focused on capability building and career growth. At Directioneering, she draws on this experience to help individuals navigate career transitions with clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
