Karen Hallenstein

Senior Career Consultant



As an executive coach, Karen draws on the experience of her diverse career. She has held senior leadership roles in large corporates, managing diverse teams and complex stakeholders. She has also co-founded her own consultancy business, a joint venture with a listed company. Her background is in psychology and law, but more recently she has worked as a consultant helping businesses to drive value from their intangible assets.

Karen has a keen interest in governance, and has held various board roles, including multiple Chair positions. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of geospatial data company and sits on a Committee of the Law Institute of Australia.
