Biography

Jane is an accomplished Executive, Coach and Strategic Business Advisor with 30 years’ experience leading change in companies from small local firms to large multinationals both domestically and internationally and across multiple sectors.

Her experience has led her to lead teams across Asia Pacific and the United States and she spent 5 years living in New York working for large global firms in roles that had global remits. She has worked with boards in multiple organisations and has a strong understanding of governance.

She is passionate about coaching employees from entry level to the CEO to help them have a greater awareness of their capability as well as gaining clarity around their career and current and future roles.

Jane is also a passionate mentor for women progressing in their careers.
