Hugo is a thoughtful and perceptive coach with extensive experience across public affairs, public policy, strategy and executive advisory.

He has held senior roles within peak industry bodies, boutique consultancies and national advocacy organisations, alongside running his own wellbeing and coaching practices.

He is the Co-Founder and Director of Studio Black Iris, a brand strategy consultancy working with purpose-driven organisations.
