With a background in Organisational Development and Learning & Development, Eva has expertise in leadership development, development of high performing teams, and training and facilitation.

She is a Certified Diversity Professional with a proven track record in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance inclusion across multiple diversity dimensions applying evidence-based practices.

In addition, Eva works in academia and is lecturing and involved in research projects in the area of DEI, leadership, wellbeing and respect at work.

Coaching Expertise
Eva has been delivering career transition and job search support for over 15 years, and has worked with individuals at all levels, and most roles and industries. In the last few years, her focus has been on supporting senior leaders, Executives and other professionals. She takes a very pragmatic and personalised approach, while leveraging her expertise, knowledge of the market, and networks.

As an Executive Coach, Eva has partnered with leaders at all levels to enhance their leadership capabilities applying a strengths-based approach and established frameworks, while challenging assumptions and ingrained behaviour patterns.
