Prins draws on more than 30 years of senior leadership experience, including 18 years as a CEO across public, private and for-purpose sectors. He has founded and listed an ASX company, served as a Partner in national law firms for over 7 years, scaled Australia’s largest allied health provider and built a $500M+ international human services company.

He has led a $1 billion local government with $9 billion in assets through a major transformation period, delivering significant economic growth while managing stakeholder relationships. He has also led the transformation of a 156-year-old not-for-profit with 3,000 employees and 3,500 volunteers.
