Donna is an experienced human resource professional with more than 20 years’ working in senior generalist roles. Her areas of expertise include career coaching, facilitation, change management, learning and development, recruitment, and organisational development.

Drawing on her corporate experience in New Zealand and Asia Pacific, Donna co-founded a boutique HR consultancy practice. She provides a range of human capital services to New Zealand-based organisations, including change management and restructuring, executive search and selection and interim HR management.
