Dianna has over 25 years’ experience as an administration professional with expertise in delivering high standards of administration, customer service and streamlined business processes. She has a track record of successfully managing demanding workflows and providing consistent levels of customer service to internal and external partners.

As a first point of contact for individuals commencing a program with Directioneering, Dianna is aware of the emotional challenges people may experience at redundancy. She employs empathy and
understanding to ensure their concerns and needs are listened to and that their program engagement is a smooth and positive transition.

Dianna works closely with the Client Relations team to ensure our clients receive exceptional service at every level. With over 10 years experience within the Career Transition industry, Dianna employs a best practice and dedicated approach to her role.
