Courtenay is a Registered Psychologist (Org. Psych. Registrar) with experience working across the private, public, volunteer, and research sectors.

She applies her expertise in organisational psychology to assist organisations in creating better outcomes across the employee lifespan, from recruitment and selection, through creating healthy, engaged, and high performing workforces, through to supporting employees who have been impacted by redundancy and redeployment.

Courtenay applies a scientist-practitioner lens to understanding the unique needs of each client and identifying or adapting evidence-based solutions.

Coaching Expertise
Courtenay’s person-centred coaching approach focuses around understanding the needs, history, and circumstances for each individual client. She believes in working in partnership to identify professional goals and develop a plan for achieving these. Courtenay focuses on drawing out awareness of individual skills, values, interests, and abilities to help clients identify their next career step and how best to market themselves.
