Catuscia is fiercely passionate about equity and social justice and has encompassed this in her 20+ years of experience across the health, not-for-profit, and government sectors. She has led the development and implementation of internationally recognised change management initiatives to achieve improvements in chronic health, welfare, and disability.

A strong systems and strategic thinker, mentor, and coach, Catuscia is also an independent management consultant, partnering with not-for-profits and social enterprises to tackle social justice issues across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
