Biography

Bernie is a qualified, registered Career Development Practitioner. She has spent most of the past decade supporting individuals with career transitions, re-entering the workforce, or assisting migrants to secure a suitable role in Australia.

As well as working with Directioneering Thrive participants, she also works in private practice, with people from a variety of professions and stages of their career. Bernie has also worked in several tertiary education providers, currently supporting MBA students with their careers. Bernie has a particular interest in all aspects of the job search, but especially LinkedIn / networking and the career coach / client relationship, topics she has presented on at international conferences.
