He has over three decades of experience in senior operations and leadership roles across Australia, Thailand and ASEAN, China, India and the Americas, and was the winner of the prestigious 2022 Australian HR Leader of the Year Award.

He brings a rare multidisciplinary expertise in Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Technology, and People & Organisation Strategy, and his deep care for people to develop integrated solutions that transforms organisations and delivers impactful results for individuals, teams and the business.
