Amanda is our Digital Project Manager, with responsibility for managing our client and participant digital platforms, including Directioneering’s Thrive portal.

An invaluable member of the team, she has an innate ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Before joining the Directioneering team, Amanda managed diverse projects across multiple industries — from overseeing high-rise construction in Sydney’s CBD to leading the digitization of NSW’s HSC exam marking, spearheading case management system upgrades following major legislative reform in South Australia, and introducing Learning Management Systems for national retailers.
