Allison has extensive experience in executive and transition coaching, human resources, organisational development consulting, and whole systems change. She has worked on four continents with over 35+ organisations ranging in size and industry.

Allison started her career as a management consultant in New York City, then transitioned to an internal HR Director role at a global bank. After moving to Australia, she focused on whole systems change and coaching, working with AU and NZ clients to facilitate new ways of working. She has been running her own OD consultancy for the last 5 years.

Allison coaches leaders at all levels to reconnect with their inner purpose and to identify and make the changes they seek. She honours the whole person – and the challenges people bring from both in and outside of work.
